Before leaving:
- Submit the online application Communication of data for scholarship payment with the details of the bank account for the scholarship's payment
- Sign the Financial Agreement through the online application
- Confirm your enrollment in the new a.y. within the deadlines
- Submit the language test OLS – Online Linguistic Survey through the EU Academy platform
During your Erasmus Mobility
- Within 30 days from the beginning of classes at the Host University, you can update your Learning Agreement in Esse3 by adding/deleting the courses. Once approved by the UniTrento Coordinator, the form must be signed by the Coordinator of the Host University. The signed LA must be then sent to mobility-ssh [at] unitn.it
- Pay attention! Only the courses that are in the Learning Agreement or in the During the Mobility section of the Learning Agreement can be transferred to your UniTrento career. If you don’t add the new courses by filling the Form, they can not be transferred/recognized
- In case of extension of the mobility fill in and submit the form “Extension of mobility period” at least one month before the end of the semester. The scholarship will cover one month of extension and only the EU grant amount can be guaranteed (not the other contributions).
End of Mobility and back to Trento
- Before leaving the Host University: ask the International Office of the Host University to certify your exchange period by filling in and signing the Certificate of Attendance, available at the bottom of the webpage.
- Collect the Transcript of records and fill in the “Transfer credit form” according to the instructions available at the Credits transfer (no later than September 30th)
- Submit the online questionnaire (EU Survey Report) - compulsory for the payment of the last part of the Erasmus grant
- Around November you will receive the Amendement to the Financial Agreement (a sum-up of your mobility and the scholarship's amount you have received)
